CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Should it be necessary to cancel a booking, the reservation may be transferred to another person following their acceptance by Mad Rose Journeys.  If this alternative is not possible, then cancellation of the booking will become effective upon receipt of written notification and the following charges will apply for each client cancellation:

-          60 or more days before the trip start date: loss of deposit

-          Between 59 and 28 days before trip start date: 50% of the total cost

-          28 or fewer days before trip start date: 100% of the total cost
